Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and Korean public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders ship from Seoul, South Korea, by tracked express courier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch for most destinations; some remote destinations may take a few days longer.

International Shipping & Customs

We currently ship from South Korea to more than 65 destinations across Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America; the exact list of available destinations is shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer. Ginseng is a regulated food product in some countries — please check your local customs regulations regarding personal import of ginseng-based food supplements before ordering.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@ginsengpowerkorea.com.
