We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened and in their original packaging, unless defective.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Contact us at hello@ginsengpowerkorea.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@ginsengpowerkorea.com so we can resolve the issue.
