Is Korean red ginseng safe to take daily?

Daily suitability depends on the person and product. Follow the label and ask a healthcare professional about prolonged use or an existing health condition.

What's the difference between white, red, and black ginseng?

White ginseng is dried without steaming; red ginseng is steamed and dried; black ginseng undergoes repeated processing. Processing changes the root and its ginsenoside profile.

Can I take ginseng if I'm on medication?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before combining ginseng with medication. Do not rely on a general product description to rule out an interaction.

How is your ginseng sourced?

Our catalog includes products from several Korean brands and growing regions. Check the individual listing and manufacturer label for root age, origin and processing method.

Are your products certified?

Certification is specific to a manufacturer, facility or product. Check the product label and ask us for the supporting document before relying on a HACCP or GAP claim for a particular item.

Does ginseng interact with caffeine or other stimulants?

Check the complete formulation for caffeine and other ingredients. A blended ginseng drink or supplement cannot be assumed to have the same composition as plain ginseng root.

What's the shelf life once opened?

Follow the storage instructions and expiry date on the specific product label. Storage requirements differ between sealed sticks, opened jars, drinks and dried roots.

Can I give this to children?

We do not recommend starting a child or teenager on ginseng without advice from their pediatrician. A product marketed for younger users is not evidence that it is appropriate for every child.

Do you ship outside Korea, and is ginseng import restricted anywhere?

Orders ship from South Korea to destinations available at checkout. Import rules and customs charges depend on the destination; check local requirements before ordering.
